Checkout Reports
A check out is the same detail as an inventory report and will note any damages or further cleaning that may be required when a tenant vacates and hands the property back to the landlord.
Should there be a dispute over the distribution of the deposit, it is the inventory and the check out report that will be used as evidence in the adjudication.
