One of our experienced Clerks will attend your property when it is ready to hand over to your new tenant, to record the exact condition it will be given to them in. The report will include hundreds of photos and a written description, detailing the condition and cleanliness of everything.

The report will also include gas and electricity meter readings if these can be accessed. The report can then be sent to the ingoing tenants for their comments and signature of approval. This report then becomes invaluable evidence at the end of the tenancy should there be any damage to the property caused by the tenants during their stay. We are yet to see a landlord awarded deductions from a deposit without an inventory and check out report to submit to the deposit adjudicator as evidence.
